Cancellation & Sick Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment for my mobile services. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 72 hours would be great as I usually have a waitlist, but if you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Thank you for your consideration.

NO-SHOWS: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

SICK POLICY: Please do not schedule a massage until at least 7 days after the first day of a cold. Most common colds last 3 to 4 days, however, one can be contagious up to 7 days afterwards. If you are not sure you are sick, but feel run down or like you might be fighting something, please stay home and get well. Let's keep everyone healthy!

COVID-19 POLICY: Due to the intimate nature of massage and in effort to keep myself and customers safe, please follow government and CDC protocol for personal practices leading up to and during our appointment. Customer and myself can cancel or modify our appointment at any time with no charges if one party feels unsafe or uncertain about their health or the environment of the massage. I may have customer sign a liability waiver before the appointment. It is required that both myself and customer are taking appropriate measures to not contract or transmit COVID-19.
